Amelia Turner Paddington (19) 20 21

A study of my suburb through time using drawing and digital media, my body of work is a graphic investigation of NSW 2021 in three ages. 19: A survey of historic, unchanged Paddington streetscapes and buildings on an urban and contained scale. 20: An investigation of contemporary and modern additions, often on rear laneways and side streets due to Woollahra Council’s strict heritage conservation policy. 21: Imagining a future where environmental considerations and community values have continued to shape the character of one of Sydney’s favourite suburbs.
