Laura Flett Kullindi homestead: reminiscing

The landscapes are intaglio prints of images taken from Sussex Inlet on the NSW south coast. My family has gone here for their annual holiday for the past 50 years so it creates a connection for me to past generations. The works follow the horizon line through different times of day and night, moving from the deep blue of the ocean to the mossy greens of the bush. The images evoke a sense of memories and experiences. Secluded and away from technology, family becomes the source of companionship.
