For my body of work I wanted to explore new ways of creating communities that are sustainable and that encourage interactions between their citizens. My work is designed to incorporate modern environmental advances into a sustainable and manageable building that accommodates residents for both living and working. My building is designed to create and utilise community spaces for recreation and commerce as a means of cutting down on the effects of transportation. E37 is designed to conserve water through water recycling and cleaning (roof foliage) and to generate its own power through the use of solar panels.
