Essentially my artwork reflects contemporary factors that have led to the degradation of mankind – a reflection of mankind’s destructive nature via a concordant recognition of increasing drug abuse, war, and our society’s materialistic attitude towards fame and fortune. Inevitably, despite such factors, ‘…all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless…’ (Ecclesiastes 1:14). I therefore sought to highlight my belief, in accordance with my Christian values, that all actions lead to death and therefore there is a need for life after death.
